Job summary

PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Sugar Land is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Therapist to care for a diverse patient population in a hospital setting.

The role favors candidates with inpatient experience or a strong willingness to learn, and requires licensure in LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LGSW in the state. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing education opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure (LICSW) or LMFT with supervision ability preferred.
• LPC and LGSW considered; current BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling for a mixed caseload.
• Assist with development of treatment plans and conduct family assessments.
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director regarding plan of care.
• Document interventions and referrals to outside resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team; report to Director of Social Services.
