Job summary

PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Sugar Land is seeking a PRN Behavioral Therapist to join our team on a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling for a diverse patient population, with inpatient hospital experience or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, family assessments, and collaboration with the treatment team, psychiatrist, and medical director.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure (LICSW or LMFT) preferred; LPC and LGSW considered.
• BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a mixed caseload.
• Assist with development of treatment plans; conduct individual and family assessments.
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director regarding plan of care.
• Document interventions and referrals; collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
