Voyages Behavioral Health, an affiliate of PAM Health, seeks a Behavioral Therapist to join a hospital-based team serving chronically and critically ill patients. This full-time role emphasizes diagnostic assessments, therapy, and collaborative care in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Social Work with LICSW/LMFT licensure preferred (LPC/LGSW considered) and possess a current BLS certification. A strong commitment to education and patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure preferred (LICSW/LMFT).
• LPC or LGSW considered; BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling for a mixed caseload.
• Develop treatment plans, conduct family assessments, and consult with medical staff.
• Document interventions, refer to outside resources, and collaborate with the treatment team.
• Report to the Director of Social Services and support program outcomes.
