Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling required.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois required.
• CPI training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to assist patients and families in achieving treatment goals.
• Provides individual counseling as stipulated on the treatment plan.
• Facilitates at least one regular group therapy session per week; involve families at least twice weekly.
• Collaborates on treatment planning, discharge planning, and referrals with the treatment team.
