• Uses cognitive behavior therapy and other brief therapies as appropriate.
• Maintains timely, legible documentation in the charting format.
• Assists with assessments, admissions, and other groups when census is low.
• Uses CPI methods when assisting to manage aggressive or violent patients.
• Performs ongoing assessments and documents impressions and recommendations.
• Coordinates discharge planning with the treatment team and providers.
