Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Health Technician I to provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing treatment for eating disorders, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. This full-time position is based at the RTP Inpatient and Residential Treatment Center in Durham.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring meals, and documenting patient interactions while upholding strict

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with at least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field; certification or licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and monitor client wellbeing.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain patient progress notes and incidents per policy.
