Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with CNA cert or 6 months of bedside patient care experience.
Strong reading, writing and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations and under close supervision.

Responsibilities

Support nursing staff to maintain a therapeutic milieu for adults and seniors.
Record vital signs, intake/output, and document care accurately in the patient record.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility under supervision.
Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to procedures and policies.
Communicate patient observations and needs promptly to nursing staff.
Provide de-escalation and supportive interventions as trained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
