Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital in Wauwatosa, WI. This part-time role covers 24 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (0700–1930) on a Mon/Tues rotation.

The RN will coordinate patient care through the nursing process, ensure safety, and apply evidence-based practice to promote recovery and a therapeutic environment for adults in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Current RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and apply evidence-based practice.
