Advocate Health's Aurora Psychiatric Hospital – Intake Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health Call Center/Intake Unit. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday 1500-2330 schedule and holiday rotation.

You will facilitate transfers, triage, and tele-intake assessments to ensure safe, efficient patient care. You must complete an accredited nursing program, hold a valid RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Internal Aurora Transfers telephonically and coordinate non-Aurora transfers with documentation and MD triage.
• Perform Tele Intake assessments (telephonic or video) for ER behavioral health consults and triage with on-call MD, including entering orders.
