Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse (RN/ LPN) to provide direct nursing care in our inpatient behavioral health programs. This on-site role in Stuart, FL supports medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with nursing leadership. 2+ years’ nursing experience and EMR familiarity are preferred; licensure must be active in

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN and medical provider.
• Complete nursing assessments and admission documentation.
• Administer medications and provide education as directed.
• Monitor patient status and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate concerns to leadership and treatment team.
• Document accurately in electronic medical record and ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain safety and crisis response, including suicide risk assessment.
