Job summary

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing Degree with a Maryland RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.
Qualifications
- Must have Maryland RN license or eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- ACLS and PALS preferred for advancement of care.
Responsibilities
- Provides 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to ensure quality nursing care.
- Directs unit operations in alignment with hospital goals and nursing practice standards.
- Mentors and coaches staff; conducts rounds and performance improvement activities.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and budgeting for the unit.
