Job summary

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) in Oklahoma is recruiting a Behavioral Health Case Manager II for our Inpatient Department. You will work with consumers and a multidisciplinary team to provide essential case management during crisis and recovery.

The role requires strong professionalism, ethics, and effective communication with ODMHSAS staff and clients; experience in crisis intervention is valued, and the position is full-time in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of direct, documented experience with persons living with mental illness and/or substance abuse.
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention: assist individuals in crisis to regain stability.
• Case management: conduct assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up support.
• Collaboration: work with team members and community resources for comprehensive care.
• Support: guide individuals through mental health and recovery journeys.
• Maintain professionalism and ethics in all interactions with clients and staff.
