Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in social work or related field.

• Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LMSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC) with BLS within three months.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiry calls from patients, family members, and referral sources to facilitate disposition.
• Determines admission to inpatient psychiatric program or referral to other programs and services.
