Qualifications

• Ability to communicate audit results and recommendations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Performs inpatient coding audits for facility reporting.
• Has knowledge of reimbursement systems (MS-DRG, APR-DRG, IPPPS, APC, RBRVS).
• Provides educational services to clients, coders and providers based on audit results.
• Analyzes audit results to identify patterns and opportunities for coder improvement.
