• Evaluate patient needs and provide individualized OT to improve ADLs, IADLs, life skills, functional cognition and sensory modulation.
• Plan and lead individual and group sessions aligned with patient interests and goals.
• Document progress and treatment responses clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses and other clinicians to coordinate care.
