Utah State Hospital in Provo, Utah seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team and help youths ages 6–18 build independence through meaningful occupations and real-life activities.

You will conduct assessments, design therapy, and deliver individual and group sessions, connecting treatment to daily routines while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Eligibility for a full benefits package and a competitive hourly wage are provided.

Qualifikationen

• NBCOT certification and Utah OT licensure required.
• Ability to assess pediatric population and address ADLs, IADLs, and functional skills.
• Experience with group interventions and evidence-supported practice.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, initiative, and self-direction.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and provide individualized pediatric OT to improve ADLs, IADLs, life skills, and sensory modulation.
• Plan and lead individual and group sessions aligned to patient interests and goals.
• Document patient progress and respond to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care and ensure carryover.
