Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.

• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record as applicable to the role and assigned work location.

Responsibilities
