• Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs. Details

• Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15 encounters per day.
• Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
• Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
• Work-Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Leadership and Growth Opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.

Compensation & Benefits

• Job type: Full time employed W-2 position.
• Salary range: $330,000-$350,000
• Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc.
• Malpractice insurance: Included
• PTO: 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
• CME: 5 paid days + reimbursable expenses.
• Other compensation: Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Certifications: BE/BC General Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred).
• Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
• Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
