Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry Opportunity - Fairfax Behavioral Health in Kirkland

• Kirkland Campus : 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus : 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus : 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women s-focused programs. Details

• Manageable and Sustainable Caseload : Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15 encounters per day.
• Flexible Schedule : Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
• Primary Duties : Initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
• Work-Life Balance : Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Leadership and Growth Opportunities : Unit Directorship / Leadership appointment available if interested.
• Job type : Full time employed W-2 position.
• Salary range : $330,000-$350,000

• PTO : 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
• Other compensation : Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

• Education : MD / DO degree from an accredited program.
• Certifications : BE / BC General Psychiatry (required); BE / BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred).
• Licensure : Current Washington physician / medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
• Credentialing : Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
