• Kirkland Campus : 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus : 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus : 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Details

• Manageable and Sustainable Caseload : Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.
• Flexible Schedule : Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
• Primary Duties : Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
• Work-Life Balance : Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Leadership and Growth Opportunities : Unit Directorship / Leadership appointment available if interested.

Benefits and Compensation

• Job type : Full time employed W-2 position.
• Salary range : $330,000-$390,000
• Benefits : Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST / LT disability, etc.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

• Education : MD / DO degree from an accredited program.
• Certifications : BC / BE in General Psychiatry (required).
• Licensure : Current Washington physician / medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
• Credentialing : Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
