Responsibilities

• Examines and evaluates patient's physical therapy needs and develops a treatment plan with goals to maximize function.
• Demonstrates competency in clinical knowledge and skills for the patient’s area of care.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated therapy.
• Assists in triaging, prioritizing, and coordinating admissions, referrals, and discharges.
