Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred.
• MA licensure required; at least 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients' PT needs and develop treatment plans.
• Mentor staff therapists and participate in education activities.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and attend committees as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and program development.
