Job summary

The position focuses on design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services, with emphasis on security and compliance in enterprise data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years as a Workday Developer with proven success building reports, Studio Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Experience with Workday Extend is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex integration issues.
• Project management: experience in cross-functional teams with multiple integrations and applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations and applications.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Student teams to capture requirements.
• Provide estimates and initial assessment for proposed development tasks and projects.
• Support Workday updates and deployments, ensuring testing and smooth adoption of new features.
