Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District is seeking a VPK - PreK Teacher for a 1.0 FTE position, 208 days per year. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field and MN Licensure K-5. Experience as a lead teacher in Prekindergarten is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field is required.

• Experience as a lead teacher in PreK/Voluntary Prekindergarten preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively encourage and embrace each member of the school community.
• Foster growth and pursuit of learning through supportive environments.
• Build culturally responsive instruction to meet diverse students' needs.
• Plan hands-on, research-based early childhood curricula aligned to progress indicators.
• Engage families and coordinate with staff to support student development.
• Direct the work of support staff and participate in program events.
