Northbridge Child Development Center in Saint Paul, MN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre‑K Teacher to join our dedicated team in a warm, supportive environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their formative years.

Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for Pre‑K students, create a safe and inclusive classroom, and monitor developmental progress.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Experience working with Pre‑K or early childhood age groups
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for Pre‑K students
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth
• Facilitate social‑emotional learning and conflict resolution among students
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole‑child development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space
