Qualifications

An earned MSW or MSSW from a CSWE-accredited program and a minimum of two years of post-master’s social work practice experience.
Higher education teaching experience.
Experience teaching or learning in an online environment.
Licensed at the graduate level in Wisconsin or Minnesota by start date.

Responsibilities

Oversee the BSW and MSW Practicum Programs and ensure CSWE compliance.
Develop and maintain practicum sites and affiliation agreements.
Recruit, train, and mentor practicum supervisors.
Oversee and support practicum liaisons and resolve student issues.
Maintain practicum education records for licensure.
Develop, update, and distribute the MSW Practicum Manual.
Contribute to CSWE accreditation efforts.
Develop and continually review practicum courses.
Assist with curriculum development for online and in-person teaching.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate teaching strategies and CSWE standards.
Provide academic advising and support student recruitment, retention, and graduation.
Contribute to teaching and learning scholarly work.
