Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in product or mechanical engineering.
- Proven record of bringing complex, modular products from concept through production.
- Strong understanding of materials (metal, plastics, wood) and structural design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering of new product introductions from concept through production readiness.
- Create and maintain accurate 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Conduct structural analysis, material selection, and validation testing for performance.
