Qualifications

• Proficient with industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize upholstery patterns for production readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to refine foam shapes.
• Translate complex 3D surfaces into production-ready 2D patterns and sewing docs.
• Oversee prototype builds and resolve pattern issues.
• Maintain BOMs and technical documentation in PLM/PDM systems.
