Crane Company seeks a Product Engineer to drive innovation, from ideation through launch, owning design and refinement of fluoropolymer lined fluid handling components. This role requires hands-on development, CAD proficiency, prototyping, testing and optimization to meet customer specifications.

• B.S. in Engineering or related degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Product design and development expertise.
• Strong project management skills.
• Manufacturing process development experience.
• Experience with fluoropolymers and plastics processing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop fluoropolymer lined fluid handling components with CAD, prototyping, testing and optimization.
• Act as technical lead on new product development projects in cross-functional teams.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to understand needs and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to NPD processes and ISO 9001 procedures.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives per IATF 16949.
