Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in product design and development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Manufacturing process development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on CAD design, prototyping, testing and optimization.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to gather needs and opportunities.
• Interface with vendors to specify optimized materials for new/existing products.
• Support quality improvement activities per IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
