We expect a strong background in product development or engineering, with hands-on experience in Adobe and MS Office/Project. This role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and cost-aware design within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product development, industrial design, engineering, or textiles.
• 3+ years in a product engineering, development, design, or innovation role.
• Proficient in Adobe and MS Office/Project; strong communication and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from concept through mass production and hit all milestones.
• Own the development of the most critical products and deliver flawlessly.
• Coordinate with global teammates to ensure successful delivery of accessories and equipment.
• Create and manage engineering specs including BOMs, tolerances, and color requirements; develop tests and reports.
• Partner with overseas factory partners to lead prototyping and land a complete sample for final milestones.
• Mentor Product Development team members and drive cross-functional collaboration.
