Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time clinician based in Phoenix, AZ, to provide high-quality in-person and telehealth primary care. The role includes managing a patient panel with diverse needs, supervising NP/PA colleagues, and potential cross-state licensure for virtual care.

Applicants should be enrolled in or completed with Internal or Family Medicine residency, have outpatient primary care experience, and hold or be pursuing Board Certification with Arizona license. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year and Arizona license.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
