Qualifications

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.

• Document assessment data and coordinate ongoing patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and colleagues to meet patient needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to facility policies.
