Job summary

The Pinnacle Charter School in Federal Heights, CO is seeking a qualified Middle School Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, 10-month position starts immediately with salary starting at $59,593 and ratchets based on education and licensed experience.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging science instruction, collaborating with staff and families, and contributing to curriculum design and targeted interventions based on student data.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Colorado teaching license with endorsements for the levels and subject areas teaching.
• Experience with middle school science and a strong knowledge of instructional methods.
• Ability to leverage student performance data to drive instruction.
• Experience working with second language learners is a plus.

• Design curriculum with administration and set annual achievement targets.
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
• Administer quarterly student assessments to identify at-risk students.
