Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish clear objectives for lessons and communicate them.
• Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests to evaluate progress.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet varying needs.
• Plan and schedule lessons with staff using approved curricula.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, counselors, and admins to address needs.
• Enforce school policies and behavior rules.
• Guide and counsel students on academic and adjustment issues.
