Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5 years of experience designing for a menswear brand with cut-and-sew focus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of menswear aesthetics and subtle design details.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cut-and-sew styles for the men’s collection, including tops, bottoms, and outerwear.
• Research and interpret seasonal trends and fabrics to create compelling design concepts.
• Apply knowledge of print techniques to enhance garment design.
• Demonstrate expertise in garment washes and garment dye techniques.
• Create detailed technical sketches and design presentations using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with product development and technical design teams to ensure fit and construction.
• Source fabrics, trims, and finishes for each style.
• Participate in fittings and provide design input to maintain brand standards.
• Manage design timelines to meet seasonal calendar deadlines.
