- Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location.
- Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
- Proven success in LNHA leadership including clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial results.

- Drive talent development, accountability, and strategic direction across the facility.
