Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design programs.
• Portfolio of workplace interior projects showing a range.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design assignments from client needs through construction documentation.
• Lead space planning, schematic design, and design development with teams.
• Select furniture, fabrics, FF&E, colors, and lighting concepts.
• Generate 3D models and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with external consultants.
• Contribute to office initiatives and learning programs.
