Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow school policies and state regulations.
• Plan unit and lesson plans aligned with curriculum and standards.
• Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate objectives and progress to students, parents, and staff.
• Employ effective instructional methods and materials.
• Assess student learning and provide progress reports.
• Counsel with colleagues, students and parents as needed.
• Supervise teacher aides and support staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and school activities.
