Job summary

NSA's Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) work across the SIGINT mission, using foreign language skills to analyze, transcribe, and translate material for policymakers and partners.

The role supports Language Analysis Development Program or direct hire, with ILR 2/2 in reading/listening and a path through rigorous training, tours, and collaboration across offices.

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience and a strong commitment to security and analytic excellence.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in the target language required.
• Degree and relevant experience in intelligence, security studies, or related fields.
• Experience in language analysis, translation, transcription, or related duties.

Responsibilities

• Analyze language materials and provide translations, transcription, or analysis.
• Participate in LADP or direct hire processes for analytic missions.
• Collaborate with analysts and policymakers across the IC.
