Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Global Applications & Equipment Development Leader to oversee a geographically dispersed team responsible for applications development, process innovation, and equipment development supporting the Cyrel business. The role partners with Formulation R&D, Pilot Line, Manufacturing, Technical Service, Product Management, and external suppliers.

• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.
• Ability to influence and lead globally across cultures, functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Applications & Equipment Development team across North America and Europe to drive innovation and execution.
• Own the project portfolio for Cyrel applications and equipment development and manage milestone reviews.
• Provide technology leadership for flexographic plate applications, workflows, and processing methods; translate customer needs into programs.
