Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years applying digital tech, data science, automation, or structured data to solve challenges.
• Experience with LIMS, ELN platforms, connected laboratory technologies, automation workflows, or related data systems.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to translate scientific and business needs into practical data and digital solutions.
• Strong learning agility and interest in AI/ML and advanced analytics.
• Excellent communication across scientific, business, IT, and leadership audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop pathways to convert measurement data into structured, reusable information within LIMS and other digital platforms.
• Lead integration of lab measurements into connected digital systems, including historical data capture.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to identify opportunities where structured data accelerates product development.
• Navigate complex challenges and drive implementation through influence.
• Advance automation across measurement science workflows, including data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply data mining and digital technologies to extract value from data.
• Establish data standards and improve data fluency across laboratories and sites.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to deploy tools that connect workflows with enterprise capabilities.
• Provide hands-on leadership through coaching and knowledge sharing.
