Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a strategic Innovation Testing Leader to oversee end-to-end testing for new card manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies. This on-site role requires coordinating with Product, Tech, Operations, and Manufacturing across Allen and Sunnyvale, TX facilities.

You will own the testing framework, validate concepts, and drive scale-ready production readiness, while partnering with executives to shape the innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• 5-7 years in Innovation, PM, Manufacturing, or R&D fields.
• Strong scientific-method orientation with testing protocols.
• Experience with printing, finishing, or embellishment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical insights.
• Experience delivering projects from start to scale-up.
• Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.
