Job summary

Graphcore USA in Austin seeks an experienced Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end test strategy for next-generation AI server platforms and datacenter infrastructure, spanning L6 board assembly through L11 rack-level integration.

You will manage a team of 3–5 engineers, partner across hardware, firmware, platform, validation, quality and operations, and drive test coverage, infrastructure, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing test, production engineering, or hardware manufacturing.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience in high-volume server, storage, networking, or AI infrastructure manufacturing.
• Proven ability to define test strategies from board-level (L6) to rack-level (L11).
• Experience working with JDM/ODM or contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end manufacturing test strategy from L6 to L11.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Manufacturing Test Engineers.
• Partner with Hardware, Firmware, Platform, Validation, Quality, Operations, and JDM partners to ensure test coverage.
• Own test infrastructure, fixtures, data collection, and capacity planning.
• Drive CAPA and continuous improvement of manufacturing quality.
