Cheil USA in Dallas seeks an Innovation Technology Manager to lead one of three vertical teams within Innovation Technology. This role blends technical leadership with people management to drive frontier technology for client work and pitches.

You will own the product and projects, guide architecture, and ensure your team has resources for great work, reporting to the Director of Technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a management or team‑lead role.
• Strong fluency across modern tech ecosystems; able to evaluate architecture and unblock engineers.
• Experience owning a product or platform roadmap and guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort as a client‑facing technical representative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical specs and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmap end‑to‑end, including prioritization, release planning, and technical debt management.
• Scope, schedule, and resource 3D/WebXR and interactive frontend engagements.
• Mentor three engineers with distinct specializations and run planning, standups, and retros.
• Set coding standards, review cadence, and documentation expectations.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to deliver projects.
