Job summary

Cheil India is seeking an Innovation Technology Manager to lead a three‑person tech squad focused on frontier technology for client work and new pitches. You will balance roadmap, architecture, and hands‑on judgment with people management and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will report to the Director of Technology, own project scoping, and drive technical excellence, code quality, and documented standards across the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to evaluate architecture, PRs, and unblock engineers.
• Experience owning a product or platform roadmap and making build vs. buy decisions.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to translate business needs into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Innovation Technology Team (3 ICs) and drive performance and growth.
• Own the platform roadmap, release planning, and technical debt management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to scope projects and present approaches.
