Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring in Alabama for a Pest Control Technician who will perform inspections, pest control, termite system maintenance, and TAP insulation installation. The role includes assisting with minor construction related to pest damage and providing clear explanations to customers.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and math skills. Training will be provided to enhance pest control and related service capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
