Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail‑oriented technician to perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations in Florida. You will repair and modify dwellings to block pests, set up exclusion traps, and operate service vehicles and equipment.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships through friendly, professional service, responding promptly to requests, and completing training to learn available products and services.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations


• Repair and modify dwellings to prevent rodents from entering homes


• Set up and build exclusion traps


• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment


• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous service


• Respond to phone and in-person service requests promptly


• Contact customers to confirm scheduled services


• Learn available products and services through provided paid training

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license from state of residence


• Availability Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed


• High school diploma or GED


• Customer-facing experience preferred


• Demonstrated attention to detail


• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills


• Willingness to learn exclusion and pest control


• Comfortable with self-directed work after training


• Carpentry experience and experience with hand tools and power tools a plus


• Must work in a drug-free workplace
