Job summary

Jump Associates, a San Mateo-based strategy firm, is seeking Senior Associate Innovation Strategists with 5–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, design, research, or related client-services work. The role blends strategy, facilitation, and coaching to help senior clients navigate high-stakes questions.

You will create strategy, build compelling narratives, and lead decision-making sessions while coaching leaders to think more clearly and grow into larger advisory roles.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, design, research, innovation, product, venture, or adjacent client-services work.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy by turning research, signals, and client questions into clear choices for leaders.
• Make the work tangible by building narratives, frameworks, and visuals that reframes problems.
• Facilitate decision-making by leading rooms to clarify priorities, tradeoffs, and conviction.
• Coach leaders to think more clearly under high-stakes situations.
• Raise the bar by improving the team’s thinking, writing, facilitation, and client work.
