Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Planning, Product Development, Innovation, PM or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, market sizing, revenue scenarios and financial models.
• Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience building executive-level, decision-ready materials.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional viability workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development, opportunity sizing, and viability evaluation for early-stage initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, assumptions, risk logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional viability workstreams across Insights, Design Research, R&D, Brand, Finance, Marketing.
• Translate inputs into opportunity assessments, business cases, and executive materials.
• Support workshops with agenda development, synthesis, documentation, and follow-up.
• Manage agencies and external partners through project sprints toward learning objectives.
